CONTRIBUTIONS

All contribution will be presented by authors or session chairmen during the Congress. All accepted papers will be published on the Cogress website: www.ticcihcongress2006.net and in a CdRom of the Proceedings of the XIII Congress.
Presentation at Plenary Sessions must be no longer than 15 minutes. Presentation at workshops must be no longer than 10 minutes.

Authors of accepted papers are kindly requested to send - by electronic format, if possible, and following the criteria hereafter mentioned - the final text (a) of the contribution and its résumé in English (b) to:

1. As for the final text, which will be published in the Congress' CD-ROM and official website, authors are kindly requested to comply with the following criteria and deadlines:
2. Font Times New Roman; 12 pt body.
3. Title in capital letters.
4. Specify name of the author or authors and their qualifications (body, organisation, university, company he/she/they belong to).
5. Maximum text length: 30.000 characters, spaces included, with footnotes and bibliography if present.
6. Illustrations (photos, drawings, graphs, charts, etc) shall not exceed the number of 10, and those which will be projected during the intervention need to be clearly specified (see below).
7. The text will have to reach the Congress' Secretariat no later than 30th June 2006.

 

1. As for the résumé, to be written in English, authors are kindly requested to comply with the following criteria and deadlines:

5. Maximum text length: 4.000 characters, spaces included.
6. The illustrations, to be chosen among those attached to the text, shall not exceed the number of 5.
7. The text will have to reach the Congress' Secretariat no later than 5th July 2006.

 

Please select the images that you want to show during your presentation among the ones enclosed with your definitive text and send them as a .ppt or .pps file (MS Power Point) to the Secretary’s Office within August 28th 2006. The number of the slides should be in proportion to the duration of the presentation (plenary sessions: 15 minutes, workshops: 10 minutes)

We also remind that the subscription to the Congress will have to be finalised through a fee to be paid within 15th July 2006 according to the procedures specified in the second call for papers and at this page "modalites d'inscription".
